I've been an operator my whole career. Before anyone had a name for what I was doing, I was the person in the corner figuring out why the system wasn't getting used and rebuilding it until it was. It started in 2006, supporting a real estate agent whose agency had just mandated a CRM nobody wanted to touch. I got curious about why, fixed it, and never really stopped doing that kind of work.

Twenty years later, the industries have changed, from real estate to renewables and green hydrogen, but my approach hasn't. I start by paying attention. To how your team actually works, where the friction lives, what people have quietly given up on, and what they'd use if someone built it right. Then I build something that fits. Not a framework dropped in from the outside, but infrastructure designed around the humans who have to live in it.
